The Manual Loop

If your business stops when you stop, you're stuck in the Manual Loop.

It's the loop almost every smart, skilled expert online ends up running. Every day looks the same:

1

You wake up and chase content.

"What do I post today?" You scroll for "inspiration." You see fourteen people saying smarter things, faster. You write, delete, rewrite, finally hit publish, and pray someone bites.

2

You hunt for leads in the DMs.

A handful of likes. Maybe a comment. You slide into a few DMs, "hop on a quick call," send a long voice note. Some ghost. A couple agree. The pipeline depends on you doing this every. single. day.

3

You sit down to build the offer (again).

You open the blank doc. You stare at it. You map the funnel. You get lost in tech. You draft the emails. You second-guess every line. You close the laptop and tell yourself, "I'll do it properly next week."

4

You take another sales call.

Because that's the part you can control. So you stack more calls. Get on more Zooms. Send more proposals. Close some, lose some. Wake up tomorrow with an empty pipeline and start over.

5

You cap your income at your calendar.

Miss a week of posting? Pipeline dries up. Take a holiday? Revenue dips. Get sick? Business stops. You're not running a business — you're running on a treadmill that bills you for the privilege.

This is a rite of passage for almost every expert online. I've watched it crush 7-figure consultants, brilliant ghostwriters, and people running successful agencies.

The problem isn't that you don't get the model.
It's that you haven't installed it.

You've read the books. Watched the YouTube tutorials. You know what works: lead magnets that attract buyers not freebie-seekers, email sequences that sell without being pushy, offers that close without calls, content that brings clients not just likes.

And yet — you're still not executing. Not because you're lazy. Not because you don't get it. Because there's a massive gap between understanding a system and actually having it in your business.

You sit down to write the offer… and stare at the blank page. You map out the funnel… and get lost in tech decisions. You draft the emails… and second-guess every line.

So you default back to what you know: post → chase → call → close (maybe) → repeat tomorrow.

I'm not here to teach you the system.
I'm here to install it with you.

Your guide

Hi, I'm Jacob.

Jacob Pegs

I've onboarded 2,800+ customers and worked with 354+ private clients. The system below has generated $1.19M for me since 2023 and over $4M+ in client wins.

I've also been the bottleneck. The treadmill. The person staring at a blank doc at 11pm wondering why this is so hard. So I built a 3-piece system that quietly runs while I'm with my daughter, in the gym, or asleep.

Me walking through the whole thing

1 · Offer Padclear offer

A Google Doc offer that sells your $1K–$5K service without a sales call. Clear, specific, copy-pasted into a DM or email. People buy from it within 24 hours.

2 · Leverage Padleveraged income

Your Micro Snack Funnel — a low-ticket product ($9–$250) + clean checkout + maybe an order bump. It pays for your traffic, builds a list of buyers, and turns sleep into Stripe notifications.

3 · Post Padactive audience

One post a day (or optional $10/day in ads) that attracts people who can afford you. We develop your voice, your angles, your rhythm. This isn't about going viral. It's about being recognised by the right people.

post $9–$250 product customer client

Manual Loop: you chase clients.
Modern Maker Model: clients chase you.

The Math

Let's make this concrete

Micro Snack Funnel — worked example
One $97 product, $20/day in ads, 1 sale a day
conservative
LinePer dayPer month
Revenue — Micro Snack at $97$97~$2,910
Ad spend−$20−$600
Profit$77~$2,310
New customers on your list1~30

Now say 5% of those customers become $3K clients over the next 90 days.

  • 90 customers
  • 4–5 new clients
  • $12K–$15K in high-ticket revenue
  • From a system that runs on autopilot

That's conservative. Some people see 10–20% of customers convert to high-ticket. The math gets stupid at that point.

The key: if you run ads, your ads are free because your Micro Snack pays for them. Everything after is profit.

Inside Modern Maker

Here's how it actually works

Modern Maker isn't a course you binge over the weekend and forget. It's an install path. You show up, you build, you leave with a working system.

01 · Build your Offer Padweek 1

We write your Google Doc offer together. The one that sells $1K–$5K services without a sales call. You'll have something you can DM, email, or link — and people will buy from it inside a day.

02 · Install your Leverage Padweeks 2–4

Your Micro Snack Funnel: landing page, checkout, delivery, order bump. The one that pays for traffic and builds a list of buyers. We build it together so it's live by the end of the install.

03 · Switch on your Post Padongoing

We develop your voice, angles, and rhythm so one post a day attracts buyers — not freebie-seekers. The Post Pad feeds the Funnel. Traffic in, customers out, clients on autopilot.

04 · Build it with Duckyfrom day one

Ducky runs the same build I run for private clients. You tell it what you're working on, in plain words, and it drafts the offer, funnel, sales page, emails and content with you — so you never start from a blank page again.

The build engine

Meet Ducky 🦆

One duck. You talk to it the way you'd talk to me — in plain words, about the thing you're actually stuck on. It writes your offer, maps your funnel, builds your page, writes your emails, plans your posts. There's nothing to learn and no prompt to pick.

Ducky — the Modern Maker build engine Ducky knows your business
YouI want to launch a $9 thing for my audience this month.
DuckyRight. Your core offer is the $3k audit for ops leads — so the $9 needs to feed that, not sit next to it. I'll draft the offer first, then the page. Same voice we set up in June?
YouYeah. And I've got no idea what to post while it's live.
DuckyI'll build the two weeks of posts off the same offer so they point at one thing. Starting with the offer doc now

No tool names, no prompts, no starting from scratch

Jacob Pegs sitting on a deck next to Ducky
Me and the duck

Everyone's building an AI version of themselves and quietly marketing their own replacement. I went the other way. Ducky does the repetitive building. I do the thinking, the judgement, and the bit where I actually look at your work.

So you get both, for the one price. The duck builds at 3am. I'm in the room every day.

Your part takes 20 minutes.

No blank page, no figuring out where to start. The whole thing kicks off like this:

1 · Fill in the onboarding form~20 min

Your niche, your story, your numbers, what you sell. Everything Ducky needs to sound like you and build for your buyer.

2 · Hand it to Ducky2 min

Your answers become its working memory. From here on it knows your business — this is the last time you'll explain yourself.

3 · Say run the buildsame session

One prompt. Ducky drafts the lot in one run — offer, funnel, sales page, emails, content — then you shape it together.

What you'll have built by day 14

Not lessons watched. Not tools unlocked. Five finished artifacts, sitting in your business, doing their job.

You will never type one of these names. You say "I want to launch a $9 thing this month" and Ducky routes it. The list exists so you know exactly what you're buying.

Why people stay

The part most AI tools don't do: it remembers you.

Twenty-eight tools is a toolbox. Twenty-eight tools that already know your offer, your pricing and your voice is a colleague. Memory is the difference — and it's why the fortieth session is better than the first instead of identical to it.

It keeps your contexttell it once

Your offer, your niche, your pricing, your voice, what you tried last month and how it went. You stop briefing it and start working with it. A blank chat window is why most people abandon their AI tools by week three.

It picks the tool for youno more menus

You never choose between 28 things. You say what you're stuck on and Ducky routes it — then tells you the one next move, based on where your build actually is.

I see where you're stuckevery Monday

Ducky sends me a weekly read on what Makers are wrestling with. So the thing you're quietly stuck on tends to get answered in the room before you've had to raise your hand.

And it always knows where you are on the map.

Nine squares. Three Pads. This is the whole install — the same map every Maker works through inside the room. Ducky knows which square you're standing on and what the next one needs.

The way in

One membership. Everything in it.

No tiers, no locked tools, no upsell waiting for you inside. All 28 tools, the whole course library, the room, and me in it every day — for $99 a month.

Is this actually for me?

Two kinds of experts thrive in here.

Type 1 — Established experts on the hamster wheelfit

You're making good money through your expertise but exhausted from:

  • Creating endless content with minimal ROI
  • Algorithm changes nuking your reach
  • Building audiences of followers who never buy
  • Not knowing where next month's revenue comes from

You want a system that detaches your time from your income.

Type 2 — Service providers on the revenue roller-coasterfit

You're doing $3K–$15K months through referrals and projects but struggling with:

  • Feast or famine cycles
  • Hunting for new clients constantly
  • No predictable way to generate leads
  • Working in the business instead of on it

You want consistent client flow and a system that positions you as the obvious choice.

This is not fornot a fit
  • People looking for a magic button
  • Anyone who wants to "think about it" for 6 months
  • Day-1 beginners still figuring out what they sell
  • People who won't actually follow the process

If that's you, no hard feelings. This isn't the right fit.

In their own words

What happens when consistency compounds.

"My first six-figure year. Previously I only had 1:1 clients, took sales calls, and was capped at 4–5 clients at a time. After Modern Maker, I got customers and clients in a more leveraged way — and welcomed my second baby with full presence."

One more thing

Why install beats information.

Be honest. Somewhere in your bookmarks there's a folder that looks like this:

Your course library, right now0 revenue
That $997 program from 202411%
The funnel masterclass4%
47 saved YouTube tutorials0%

None of these made you a single dollar.

It's not a discipline problem. It's the model. Courses hand you information and leave the building to you — and the gap between "I understand this" and "it's live in my business" is where everyone dies. Choosing tech. Second-guessing copy. Waiting until it's perfect.

This is the other model. You show up, tell Ducky what you're building, and something is live the same day. The funnel record inside is five days. The first-sale record is three minutes after launch.

There's a course library in here too — and I'll say the quiet part: nobody's ever made money watching it. It exists for the moments you want the why behind a move. The build is the product. You build from day one.

That's why my clients stay for years. They win. They stay. We keep winning together.

Got questions?

FAQs

Is there a bigger tier? What am I not getting for $99?+

Nothing. There's one membership and it has everything in it — all 28 tools, the full course library, the community, the workshops, the bi-weekly calls, and me in the room every day.

I used to run a higher tier. I closed it. The honest reason: the duck got good enough that the gap between "Ducky drafted it" and "Jacob finished it" stopped being worth $150 a month to most people. What was in that tier — the messaging pass and the anti-AI pass — are now two of the 28 tools you already have.

So there's no upsell waiting inside. If you want me on something specific, ask me in the room. That's what the room is for.

Who — or what — is Ducky?+

Ducky is the build engine that sits behind Modern Maker, built on Claude and trained on 2,441+ consulting calls, thousands of hours of my real client builds, and the playbook that's behind $4M+ in student wins. It runs every build I run for private clients: offers, funnels, sales pages, email sequences, launch campaigns, content plans.

The part that matters is that there's one of it. You don't pick a tool or a prompt — you say what you're working on and Ducky handles the routing. It also remembers your business between sessions, so you're never re-explaining who you are.

What does "it remembers you" actually mean?+

Six of the 28 tools exist only to hold your context: your offer, your niche, your pricing, your voice, what you tried last month and how it went. You fill in the onboarding form once, and from then on Ducky opens knowing all of it.

It matters more than it sounds. A blank chat window makes you re-explain your business every session, which is why most people quietly abandon their AI tools by week three. Memory is what turns 28 separate tools into one thing that already knows you — and it's the reason the 40th session is better than the first, not the same.

If you ever want it gone, forget_me wipes it. Your data, your call.

How long does the install actually take?+

The structured install runs 12 weeks: Offer Pad → Leverage Pad → Post Pad. Some people move faster, some slower. The aim of the first 12 weeks is your first $3k sale — one client, one offer, sold through your doc — which on its own more than covers the year.

Can I cancel anytime?+

Yes — it's monthly and you can cancel any time. You can also pay $699 upfront for the year and save $489. Either way, the tools and the room are yours from day one.

I've already got an offer / list / funnel. Will this still work?+

Usually yes — and often it works better because we're cleaning up an asset instead of starting from zero. Most people come in with at least one piece in place. We'll diagnose which Pad is leaking and start there.

Do I need to run ads?+

No. Ads are optional. The Post Pad alone can feed the Leverage Pad. If you do choose to run ads later, the Micro Snack Funnel is designed to pay for them so traffic becomes free.

What about AI? Will it actually help?+

Ducky is trained on my actual work — my offers, my funnels, my client builds — not generic prompts. It handles structure, drafts, and repetition. You bring the truth. Ducky handles the building.

What it won't do is replace you. Your story, your judgement, and your taste are the parts nobody can install. That's why make_it_sound_human is one of the 28 — run it on any draft and it strips the tells while keeping your voice.

Do I need to be good with AI to use this?+

No. That's the whole reason it's one duck instead of a toolbox. If you can describe your business in a WhatsApp message, you can use it.

You'll need a Claude account — I'll walk you through connecting it on day one, and it takes about five minutes.

Is this for beginners?+

Not day-one beginners. If you're still figuring out what you sell or who you sell it to, you'll get more value from my free content first. Modern Maker is built for experts who already deliver — they just don't have leverage yet.

Do you offer refunds?+

No refunds. No guarantees about specific income. What I will promise: I'll show you exactly what I'd do in your situation, and you'll have Ducky, the room, and the support to execute. That's as much as I ethically can and will promise.

What if I miss the live group calls?+

Everything is recorded and indexed. And you're never blocked waiting for a call — I'm in the room every day, and Ducky is there at 3am when I'm not.

Ready?

Pick your install. Stop running the loop.

One membership, 28 tools, and a duck that remembers your business. $99 a month, and you can leave whenever you like.

$99/mo · cancel anytime · all 28 tools from day one · no upsell inside

P.S. I killed the $249 tier on purpose. I'd rather have one room where everyone has the same 28 tools than two rooms where half the people are wondering what they're missing. Nobody in here is on a better plan than you.
